You are not alone.
You may not be completely understood by those around you, but someone out there understands. I could be the one that understands.
You may have pushed people away in the past. They don’t understand why. I may be the one to understand why. You don’t do it because you don’t love. You do it because of how you feel about yourself. I may be the one to understand.
Don’t. Beat. Yourself. Up. You may feel your actions aren’t “normal” and that you’re an outsider. Don’t beat yourself up for it. You think differently. It’s okay. You will act differently. There is no normal.
Those negative things in your head…they don’t control you. Believe that they don’t control you. You are the individual. Yes, you may need help with how you feel and think, but these thoughts do not make you.
I’m here for you. I love you. I know it hurts. I know you wish you could change. I love you. I care about you. I want you to be better too. I may not know it all, and I may never fully feel what you feel, but I’m here for you.
